Art will always find a way to life.
Imagine the rustic studio of an artist darkened with the exception of light streaming through windows carved from stone high above a floor covered with shards of marble from past endeavors that inhabit corners of surrounding walls , cold statues all looking inward to the center of the space where they were created...watching the artist circling, pacing with intense concentration. the artist has been given the greatest commission of his entire life...the ivory tusk of a great beast of which he must create great beauty. Pygmalion knows that she is in there, her beauty waiting to emerge from ferocity to beauty and sensuality. That which has been taken from a beast that invoked pounding fear in the hearts of men will soon be carved into a likeness that will cause the hearts of men to beat soundly with desire and admiration.
